Director of Community Services - REST

REST provides pathways to freedom, safety, and hope for survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking, offering a full continuum of care from outreach and crisis shelter to long-term housing and aftercare.
The Director of Community Services sits on REST's Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO. This role leads the organization's community-based and long-term stabilization programs. The Director supervises a team of advocates and clinicians, helps shape how the organization measures long-term outcomes, and represents REST in partnerships across King County.
Who they're looking for:
An MSW is required, along with five or more years of experience in social services, community-based advocacy, behavioral health, youth services, housing, or long-term stabilization work, and at least three years of supervisory experience. Prior anti-trafficking experience is not required — REST notes that trauma-informed clinical leadership matters more, and they'll teach the specialized context.
